Why I made Good Spirits
As a pharmacist, I know how hard it is to balance everything life asks of us. We wear many roles — leader, parent, partner, friend — and our bodies don't always keep up.
Good Spirits was created to help busy, capable people care for their bodies while still enjoying life, without sacrificing the responsibilities that come next.
It's not about doing more. It's about staying balanced, so you can show up fully — today and tomorrow.
What goes into every bottle
- Each two-capsule serving combines 650 mg DHM (dihydromyricetin), 200 mg clove extract, 100 mg taurine, 100 mg choline and a high-potency B-complex.*
- Two capsules before your first drink and two the next morning. 40 vegan capsules, enough for ten nights.
- Made in the USA with global ingredients in a GMP certified facility, and third-party tested.
- Every dose is printed on the label. No proprietary blend.
How we write our guides
Every guide in our Learn section is written by Darren Lee, a pharmacist, and follows the same rules:
- Each factual statement is backed by a published study or a public health authority, such as the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, and every source is linked.
- We say plainly where the evidence is thin, including for the ingredients we use.
- We describe Good Spirits as hangover support, never a hangover cure, and we never suggest that a supplement makes it safe to drink more or to drive.
- We revisit our guides as new research is published, and each guide shows the date it was last reviewed.
